How It Works
Probate Money is an advanced probate data search platform which currently covers eleven California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Alameda, Fresno, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Sacramento, and San Mateo. If you are looking to get fresh probate leads delivered to you by the most user-friendly interface, you’re at the right place! Read more here about the top 5 features of our probate lead software.
Where do you get your proabte data from?
We send a team of experienced data harvesters to each court every single day. They collect the data in Excel spreadsheets. Then, our proprietary system converts the spreadsheets into searchable, readable, easy to understand and downloadable cases so real estate agents and investors can access probate leads online. You can read more here about our data harvesting process.
Do you provide petitioners’ contact information?
Yes! We provide phone numbers and emails for most probate leads. Some phone numbers come directly from the form called Duties and Liabilities, which is filed by the petitioner with the court. These phone numbers have a green checkmark in front of them to indicate their origin. Since they were provided by the petitioner to the court, they are likely to be very accurate. Emails are almost never provided to the courts. Our court researchers use paid industry-leading skip tracing tools such as TLO (by TransUnion) to obtain missing phone numbers and to collect email addresses when available. While these phone numbers are not as reliable as the ones obtained from the court filings, they are still very valuable when prospecting for probate listings. In most cases, we provide more than one phone number to increase the chances of one of them belonging to the petitioner. Skip tracing tools usually assign a probability rating to all available phone numbers. We only upload the ones that are given at least an 80% chance of being accurate.
How do I sign up?
Visit our homepage, choose your plan, and provide a credit card. Whichever plan you choose, you will get 7 days to test-drive the system at no cost. If you do nothing after the trial ends, your card will be charged for the first month. If you decide that the platform is not for you, simply cancel your free trial before it’s over.
Is your probate lead system difficult to use?
No, it’s not. If you’ve used Google before, using our system should be easy. Once you sign up, you will be directed to the search page. Choose the county where you want to prospect. Then choose your date range -- how far back the cases should go? Select at least one zip code or city. Click search and view the results. This is the basic search.
You can use a variety of advanced search filters to further narrow down your search. For instance, you can search for probate cases by zip and/or city and even by attorney name, petitioner address, whether the petitioner is out of state, and many, many other advanced options.
