Now Available: Probate Leads for Four More Counties (Alameda, San Francisco, San Joaquin, and San Mateo)

We are pleased to let the California real estate community know that we have just added four Northern California counties to our list of supported areas. From now on, you can search and download probate cases filed in Alameda, San Francisco, San Joaquin, and San Mateo.

Our probate lead platform already has been providing data for five Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego.

Even when some courthouses continue to be closed to the public, we are is still able to perform daily updates to our database, thanks to our diligent team of court researchers. They are responsible for extracting and processing data from the original court filings, which are mostly limited to raw PDFs due to court closures. 

Together, the nine California counties account for over 25 million people. 

While we don’t have a set date when more counties will be added, it’s possible that we might add a few more by the end of the year. 

Our convenient monthly subscription model gives real estate agents and investors access to probate filings for one low monthly fee. There are no additional charges for the new counties and all existing users can access new data immediately without any extra charges.
